If your battery was drained totally dead by the issue, then it might not be able to hold a charge any more, so having that checked should help you out. If your problem with the door locks still happens after the battery is charged and back in the truck I recommend taking the whole truck to Sears Auto Center and have them put it on their electronics tester. Their machine can usually pinpoint the location of the shorted circuit and make for an easy and quick fix by telling you whether it is a relay that it malfunctioning or if it is something else that is causing the power drain. This is a lot faster and more reliable than trying to find out which circuit is not working properly on your own (as it is not safe to work on a live wire in your engine -- a truck battery has more than enough juice to seriously injure or kill you if you touch the wrong live wires.
