My KIA Sorento 2.5 CRDI was jumped started with a 24 Volt battery and the ECU for engine management, injectors and heater plugs were damaged. We have managed to replace all these items. The wiring has been done but we cannot get power to the injector nozzles to start the engine. The wiring supplying the injector nozzles has been traced from the ignition and still there is no power to the nozzles. Please help. I have tried several auto electricians.

I have a 2003 KIA Sorento 2.5 CRDI,cranks but does not start.

You may need a fuel pump. Please remove and check the fuel filter for metal and debris (could be clogged?) If there is metal filings found inside the filter. That is an indication of a fuel pump failure. I hope that helps, good luck.

Question: does the sign IMMO (yellow) light disappear after some seconds of ignition turned on? If not you may have to close your car with your keys, than open them with the keys, than start your engine.
Should work if you are experiencing the above problem... Just an idea.
