Hi it sounds like you have done everything you can do, it now looks like your going to need to get the immobilizer reset, this can be done at most garages but its best if you shop around to see the best price you can get as its not cheap.
have you tried locking the door with the key and then opening it with the key then try the car see if it will work.
failing that its going to need the imob re-programming so that it accepts your key fob, it may just be that you need the fob replacing as the chip inside could have failed they will be able to test all this for you.
let me know if you need further assistance, not that theirs much more i can do without being their with the equipment to test the immobilizer, hopefully it will just be the fob that needs replacing.
you could just try one last thing when you get in the car and put the key in the ignition try holding the fob as close as you can to the ignition barrel as this is where it picks the signal up from so try holding it close to their and see if that then lets you start the car
failing that its going to be a trip to the garage.
