MY CAR HAS A NEW BATTERY BUT SOME TIMES IT WILL NOT START EVERYTHING ELSE WOULD BE WORKING LIKE LIGHTS AND RADIO BUT WHEN I GIVE IT A JUMP IT STARTS RIGHT AWAY. IT HAPPENS QUITE OFTEN LIKE I WOULD DRIVE 100 MILES AND STOP THE CAR GO TO THE STORE , COME BACK AND IT WON'T START AND I HAVE TO GIVE IT A JUMP AND SOME TIMES IT WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM EVEN IF I DRIVE IT AFTER A WEEK IT WILL START RIGHT AWAY.

You got a jump and it ran fine? It's your battery. The lights and radio are much easier for a battery to handle than spinning a car engine. Again, if all you needed was a jump, you have a bad battery.
check windowshied wiper motors after you turn on head lights and everything else...if window wipers dont work then its the battery going dead. try trickle charging the battery! make sure battery is not more than three years old, if it is, don't waste your time, its due for replacement anyway. if everything works then it could be wiring from the ignition key system or its been security locked out...that means the car thinks its been stolen and shuts the fuel system off. you can try to dissconnect the battery for about 15 minites then hook it back up to see if will start again.
because aaa can jump start it and you can't sounds like maybe the battery cables are curroided (dirty)
in-between the battery post and the clamps, clean the battery terminals and charge your battery as a loose conection can run down even a new battery
you are right, some Honda's have a radio code, most of the time on the radio chassis itself, but like my sisters she had to gone online and give them her VIN and they sent her the code
