Provided that all the old coolant is completly flushed out any good 50-50 low no silacates antifreeze will work. The trational Green fluilds will all mix with each other b ut not the other colors, Some combinations will gel or silt up and then insulate or clog up the compleate cooling system. All antifreezes are marked to tell you what manufacyures minium spechs they will pass. The thing to remember is all the old fluild ( no matter what kind it is) Needs to be completely flushed out with clear water. and if your mixing the new coolant yourself it's best to use distilled water as many of the additives to drinking water aren't nessaryly a good coolant. Of course your dealer will sell you the Chysler Anti freeze for your car but you don't have to and the ones that are marked 50/50 are ready to go you just pour them in.
You can use any Name brand coolant that is labled as "EXTENDED LIFE" OR "LONG LIFE COOLANT" Preston and Peak brands have this coolant.
Use the newer pink or orange coolant, not the green coolant. Prestone makes a coolant which you can blend with either.

If it's red, it's transmission fluid. Coolant would be green. Check the fluid level, don't let it get low, Chrysler minivans are prone to transmission troubles, and low fluid levels over time will ruin a a transmission. And be sure not to overfill, it's just as bad for the trans. Have the leak checked out and repaired, good luck
