I have a 2001 Saturn SL. The check engine light keeps coming on. It stalls when trying to take off. So far, I have replaced EGR valve, Temp sensor, spark plugs, oxygen sensor, fresh air EGR valve flow. It stills reads a problem with the torque convertor solenoid. The fuse TRS2/TCC keeps blowing. It accelarates hard and shifts hard. When it does accelarate, it boges down and stalls. Any ideas as to what else I can do?

A tune-up and throttle body clean-up is a good idea, but mind you on those cars, the valve covers usually leak into the spark plugs and coils, causing the car to misfire. If you are replacing the plugs and find them soaked in oil; replace your valve cover gaskets or you will be back to the same problem soon after the oil soaks the new plugs back up again.

Have you checked the fuel pressure? It sounds like a bad fuel pump.

Sounds like the Idle Air Control valve is stuck. The best course of action is to just replace it since they aren't usually repairable. Also check to make sure that all the wires connected to it are not chewed up and have power with the key in run.

The IAC is the cylindrical looking unit on the side of the throttle body with a 2 wire plug on it.
