Does it only do this when you have a full or near full tank? The O-ring on the fuel pump can crack over time which will do this when the tank is full or nearly full. You have a bad gasket or O-ring somewhere for sure.

You should take your fuel tank sending unit out and try to smell your fuel if it has a bad smell you will need to drain the tank.To take the sending unit out -8mm socket wrench 6 nut to be removed.then disconnect the connector and pull out the sending unit.
If is ok -just charge the battery and start the Porsche.
If it is running replace the fuel filter and later the oil as well.Oil should have 6 month or 6 000 miles.
fuel tank vent could be blocked by mud/pebbles etc, not letting the gas fumes escape while your adding fuel making it overflow, check underneath the car near the fuel tank .. something to start with..
