Timing belt, good for 100,000 miles before replaicng. They go to 150,000 easy and it is a freewheeling engine, no dmamge to valves or pistion if it breaks

CXC-10) or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESE-M97B44-A (green
color)
with a mix of 50-50 coolant and clean water.

Why.? so you can change the belt?
It has a timing chain and they say it's supposed to last the engine of a car the life of the engine but I don't know about that and if it breaks or jumps it will bend every valve in that head it does most definitely not have a timing belt it is a timing chain I know cuz I just did it on mine
