You are looking for the location of the TURN SIGNAL FLASHER.
The turn Signal flasher on a 00 Chrysler Cirrus.
Is mounted inside of the Turn Signal switch.
Some model If you remove the steering cover you will have axces to the Flasher.
But In some Model you will need to replace the Multifuntion Switch ( Turn signal switch)

The pump is part of the timing components. You only want to do this one time. So replace all the timing components. You don't have to replace the crank or cam gears.
Are you are referring to the flasher/blinker relay? If so it will most likely be round and silver plugged into the fuse box. If you are referring to the button it may be on top of the steering column or behind the blinker lever.
hi possum , looks like #6 fuse , 20 amps , is for the combination flashers , looks like the location is when you open the driver door , end of the dash panel pops off , and there are other fuses under hood next to air filter box , has a cover on them . hope that fix ya
