There is no 1 fuse just for the right front door lock , Fuse or circuit breaker for all door locks . Could be the door lock actuator is bad or a broken wire inside the door flex - rubber boot from the body to the door . 03 and 05 have fuse in different place not sure which one applies to you. Above is 03 and 05 fuse box diagram.
The dome light comes on when you open car door. I have had cars where the door switch was bad and would not turn light on. If your dome light has a switch on the dome light then you should have power to switch. If not and the fuses are good then it seems it would have to be a problem with wires or switches.

It seems that because the diagram for the fuse codes aren't located in the owners manual, it would be a dealer item only. One possible solution is to buy an assortment of fuses.. maybe (15) switch them out 1 by one.
