P0131 refers to low voltage reading on the o2 sensor. Should be the bank 1 which is the o2 sensor closest to engine. Inspect wires and/or replace sensor.

On the valve body behind the vave body cover on the side of the transmission. The cover could be in one of several places depending on which transmission is used in your vehicle. With GM, sometimes it is impossible to remove the cover without pulling the transmission.
