Then the new gasket was not done properly or was not the only issue to begin with. A crack in the head or block can mix the oil and coolant together as well.

"milky" oil is a definate sign of water/coolant in the crankcase. Either the shop that replaced your head gasket did not change your oil and filter after the job, or the new head gasket was not installed properly or it is defective. Either way take your car back to the shop that did the repair. Do not drive the car or run the engine with the oil like that, it will cause serious damage.

Engine smoking, clicking sound, and over heating shaking

You may have blown a head gasket. smoking is fluids (oil and antifreeze) getting into the cylinder and burning.
SHAKING- When the antifreeze and oil enter the cylinder they don't burn well, causing the plug to foul.
Check your radiator and see if the antifreeze looks like chocolate milk, or check your oil dip stick for the same.
pull your spark plugs and inspect the ends for oil and or antifreeze

I havea daewoo nubira and we replaced the valve cover gasket yesterday , did an oik change and now the engine is smoking white smoke. Try to check to hoses, could not see a leak. Where is the cylinder...

Hello and welcome to FixYa!

The cylinder head is located on the center of the engine. Yes it can be a worn out head gasket or piston rings. If the piston rings are worn out the oil is burnt that's why it emits white smoke. You will need to replace the head gasket and piston rings.

Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!

How do I replace the gasket and transmission oil in a 1998 Saturn SL1?

simply unbolt the trans pan under the trans and the oil falls to the ground... clean the pan with clean rag. get all old gasket off.. place new gasket in and bolt the pan back into place. tighten the bolts to around 7 lbs. do not over tighten the bolt, you could strip the threds. put new trans fluid in through the dip stick hole that you check the level.
