Probably the alternator, when you replaced the battery it had a full charge and once the vehicle used all that charge up and it wasn't charging it could no longer start the car anymore. If your battery light is on in the car it is a fairly certain sign that the alternator is not charging. Generally an AVR test is the best way to check the alternator, but if you can jump start the vehicle, connect a voltmeter to the battery it should be around 14 volts when the vehicle is running and around 12 volts when the vehicle is not running. If it is not at 14 volts when it is running, it is not charging.

that sounds like the starter motor bendix spring not returning , some starter motors can be repaired but most are mostly replaced, if you can get to the starter motor easily try tapping it with a hammer , this could help release the bendix until you get new motor

My 95 maxima wouldn't start one day I started by

My best guess without being able to see the car is that the battery hard wiring is faulty.

You need to check both the condition, routing and security of the battery negative and positive leads.
You also need to check the security and condition of any additional earth leads which connect the engine to the chassis/body.

Hi
Pop into to your local garage and have a diagnostic test carried out.
Listen to the advise given. It may save you lots of money, especially if you start the "guessing" game.
It does sound like a part may be blocked or failed though, but the sytem needs to be tested thoroughly first.
Good luck
