Not sure just why you are looking for a wiring diagram? But it seems like you have a trailer hitch and the wiring was done in the dark! LOL Check here first for your trouble! Frankster016

The only place to get a correct one is from a GM dealer. If you have a friend that works at a dealership, the can print you one from a program called "SI". Hope this helps.
SOURCE: 2001 Chevrolet Silverado How to remove rear axle
Remove...
wheels, drums or rotors, the cover for the differential (You will need a drip pan)
remove the "pin" (usually a 5/15" or 8mm head) that secures the spider gear pin. Remove the long spider gear pin, as it should slide out without a lot of force.
Push both axles inward, and remove the left and right "c" clips that hold the axles in.
Note... if you have a limited slip, it may be a little different of a set up due to clutches in the differential.

I also need this diagram, thanks.
Me dos
I just had the motor cleaned on my 2001 Silverado and now when the head lights are on the dash lights are not. If the head lights are not on the dash lights work ok. Could this just be a loose connection somewhere or do I have a larger problem?
