Glycol based (green color) 50/50 with water is fine. Just make sure you bleed the system if you need to add alot. Trapped air in the coolant system can cause overheating. Also, change your thermostat every 30k miles.
Any certified coolant like Prestone or others have the proper additives for most engines these days. If the coolant is blue or green I'd purchase coolant of the same color just to make it easier to tell if the coolant is rusty or dirty telling you when it's time tp change it out.
Use only type G-05, which is the Chrysler coolant. Only brands of it
that I am aware of are the Zerex or Havoline G-05 type.
