If you have a positraction differential, you need posi additive along with the new lube. After it's in, take it to a parking lot and make tight left turns then tight right turns to get the lube between the posi plates. That usually frees it up unless there is an actual mechanical problem in the diff. good luck!
This could be caused by a bad shock but it is more likely to be a broken sway bar link.Look from under the truck and you will see it near the out tie rods near the anti sway bar,this is fairly common on Dodges.
check all the front end moving parts for looseness, ball joints, tie rods, upper and lower arm bushings, wheel bearings, brake mounting supports, swaybar bushings, if it makes noise and shifts it its dangerous to drive
More than likely a bad bearing. The bearing that usually is at fault is the one on the same side that you are turning., left turn, left rear, right turn, right rear.
