Where is the fuse located for the rear wiper motor for a 2007 chev equinox

Your owners manual will give you fuse location and identification for the rear wiper. Most likely a wiper motor problem though. Turn on rear wiper and grab rear wiper arm and see if it will move at all. If it does move a bit or starts working....the motor is the problem

Your motor is more then likely locked up. Replace the wiper motor. First check the relays.

It sounds as if the windshield washer pump, located at the base of the windshield washer fluid reservoir, has lost it's seal. When this occurs, washer fluid seeps into the pump and shorts it out. I advise that you remove the pump to confirm this before replacing the fuse. A replacement wind washer pump and fuse can be found at your dealer, local auto parts store or the internet (Rockauto.com has always been a great source for quality parts at a very competitive price and I use them all the time). if you know how to use a multimeter or someone who does can go inside the motor to see if the motor wires connected to it is getting enough current electrons to it to make it work but the motor might went bad on you so have someone check this out first but also check your fuses too when you have the chance as well, It does not hurt to check all fuses.

The fuse to the rear wiper motor is located in the small fuse box located in the center console near the floor, by the front passengers left foot, the box snaps open and there is a guide to the fuses inprinted on the inside cover. I think its number 3, a 20 amp fuse

How to remove rear wiped from a 07 equinox

First check the fuse for the rear wiper to make sure it did not blow. Also, if you had the wiper replaced resently, then the nut on top of the wiper blade may not have been tightened down.

remove the arm to see if the motor turns. Look inside where the arm mounts, is the inside worn out?
