Check your engine grounds (bundles of brown wires usually attached at firewall and other points around engine compartment) if these are corroded you will get same symptoms. Make notes when it occurs - IE: when wet out, damp, cold etc... My suspicions are grounds are corroded.
This is a problem that is often caused by a faulty crank position sensor. It is surprising that it doesn't show any error code (even an inactive one). A faulty crank position sensor will give exactly the symptoms you describe.
