There is a diagram of the belt routing moulded into the belt cover. The pulley on the right is an idler pulley and the tensioner is on the left, this is the one used to set the tightness of the belt (Also to release it for removal). Where the belt makes its run across the top, you should be able to turn the belt through 90 deg. with just a bit of force, then the tension is about correct.
Remove the serpentine belt, remove the power steering pump to get access. You might have to remove the upper radiator hose. NOTE: When changing cam or crank sensors your vehicle will need to go through a re-learn process. This can only be done at the dealer!!
