Heater blower fan is below glove box.
1) Remove the lower right dash insulator panel (below glove box) for access to the blower motor.
2) Disconnext electrical connector from the blower motor and remove the three screws from the blower housing.
3) Pull the blower motor and fan straight down.

Installation is reverse of removal.

SOURCE: Where is the heater core located on 2000 Chevy Blazer?

Its located under the dash, just behind the glove compartment. From what I've read, you have to pretty much remove the entire dash to get to it.

2000 Chevrolet Impala blower motor work from 1-4 but not on 5th speed why?

The blower motor relay is energized when the Blower Motor Control is set to the High position. This removes the blower motor resistors from the circuit and battery voltage is then applied directly from the HVAC BLO fuse (RH IP Accessory Wiring Junction Block) to the blower motor though the relay switch contacts. The blower motor then runs at high speed.

HVAC Blower Controls Circuit Description
The blower motor is a variable speed motor. The motor operates at a higher rate when voltage is increased to the maximum level.
The blower motor resistors reduce the voltage supplied from the A/C FAN fuse (LH IP Accessory Wiring Junction Block) when the blower control is set at low and medium speeds (speeds 1-4).

I have a 2000 chevy impala my heat doesn't work,

first it to verify the coolant flow. I suspect the heater core isn't flowing, you may need to take a garden hose and take both heater hoses off, and flush in both directions to clean the heater core. flush in both directions until you get clean water flow. I am assuming the coolant level is OK, and the water pump is pumping and the engine is getting warm enough.

My 2000 chevy impala heater fan control doesen't work at all. everthing works, except when you turn the control on any setting the blower motor won't come on/? no blowen fuse.

the resistor to the blower motor is bad or the motor itself, the resistor should be right next to the blower fan a heavy gauge wire plugs into it, or it might even just be the wire, it is common for them to melt
