The O2 sensors seem to be fouled and acting up and are probably causing all your problems. I would start by replacing them and carefully checking the wiring to make sure it has not be damaged (e.g. burned by the exhaust system).

code p0300 refers to random/multiple misfires detected===causes --spark plugs-- HT leads --injectors --coils--low compression--- ECM
While it is common to jump on the plugs ht leads band wagon it is also very possible that the injectors are not working properly because of insufficient fuel pressure . Have a fuel manifold pressure test done to check pump/regulator / filter problems first
check fuel pressure, check fuel pressure regulator, change fuel filter. If fuel pressure is low it could be a bad pump, a clogged filter, or a malfunctioning fuel pressure regulator. If all those check out, then check crankshaft and camshaft position sensors.
