You may want to check the MAF, ( mass airflow sensor ), they are a very common problem with the issues you are having.

Car was running kinda rough, one day was driving down road going 60, bam. The car lost almost all power, pedal to the metal, wouldn't go above 15 - 20 MPH? Couldn't make it up a big hill either.

The O2 sensors seem to be fouled and acting up and are probably causing all your problems. I would start by replacing them and carefully checking the wiring to make sure it has not be damaged (e.g. burned by the exhaust system).

Starts up but runs rough, exhaust smells, and when you give it gas it wants to shut off.

Fixing code p0300

code p0300 refers to random/multiple misfires detected===causes --spark plugs-- HT leads --injectors --coils--low compression--- ECM
While it is common to jump on the plugs ht leads band wagon it is also very possible that the injectors are not working properly because of insufficient fuel pressure . Have a fuel manifold pressure test done to check pump/regulator / filter problems first

Hard starting, no power, idles rough, check engine lite code shows misfire on #1,#2 and #3 cylinders

check fuel pressure, check fuel pressure regulator, change fuel filter. If fuel pressure is low it could be a bad pump, a clogged filter, or a malfunctioning fuel pressure regulator. If all those check out, then check crankshaft and camshaft position sensors.

Idles okay, runs rough when gas applied

Either a bad MAP sensor, or TPS. What is the code for the check engine light? This will most likely tell you what it is.
