Ford Ranger 1994 Truck 3.0, Fuel injection, was running fine, was low on gas, filled tank to full, and added a liquid booster, left gas station and truck stalled somewhere several miles later and has never started again. We have changed the coil, checked spark plugs, changed the EGM, checking fuel for contaminants, checked the fuel injection, there are sparks on every plug, battery and Alt, are good. it has been a week, car was towed back to home and it remains a total mystery as what to consider next as a possibility?/ Does anyone out there have a suggestion I have not considered yet?

The most common reason is the sending unit inside the gas tank, look under the truck and locate the fuel tank, look for wires going to the tank, the wires will lead to top of the tank, unplug connector and fuel gauge should go to full, if the gauge moves then its the sending unit inside the tank, this would mean the wiring is good and the gauge also works and that leave the sending unit. good day.
under so circumstance should it leak out. Either the filler neck is leaking or the seal for the fuel pump. You will need to lower the tank to check it out.
You've got water in your tank. There are fuel additives that remove water from the gas tank that work very well. As you run the tank low, all the water and other "junk" that collect on the bottom of the tank are now being injected into your fuel line, causing erratic idling and occasional misfires.
I wanted to just give a suggestion...do you go to the same gas station to get gas? My sentra ran horrible because I kept going to this same gas station. My gas would get low and it would start cutting off and trying to cut off. I let my fuel go to almost empty and then went to another gas station to fill up. It hasnt cut of for about 6 months now and I havent returned to that gas station.
