The fuse panel is under the instrument panel to the left of the steering column. Lift the handle to unlatch the panel and pull it down. The windshield wiper/washer system uses a circuit breaker in position #2 in the fuse panel. If your washer is working the circuit breaker is OK.

I am having the same problem. The wipers do not work, the washer fluid does not work. I had a short in my wiring, but I fixed that and I still have no wipers. The breaker is showing continuity on my meter. What else should I check
