if it is covered by a white plastic then inspect it carefully and look for slots where you can put tiny screwdrivers to pry the plastics off, then you can replace your bulb. just be careful not to break the plastic.

Spray inside the center door latch with WD40 or silicone lubricant. You might have to remove or partially remove the plastic shield cover the opening. It's the part the door latches too, spray all around inside there and that should allow the switch to release. The switch either dries out or gets dirty and sticks, the spay will loosen and clean it.

Door switches. They are mounted in the door I believe. Try spraying wd40 in the door latch.

Try spraying the door latch liberally with WD-40 and closing and opening it a few times. It is not uncommon for the door latch switch to get gummed up, and not show a closed door. You might have to spray and close / open a few times to get the contacts cleaned out enough to work again.
