I have a 2006 honda odyssey, the navigation system and clock worked up to the evening before.the next morning i went to start it and it is not working,i try disconnecting the battery ,test the fuses and it still does not.help.

If it is not an ignition switch problem nobody is going to figure this out without testing your vehicle. With your navigation system, there are many things involved including the Engine Computer, The XM Reciever, The Stereo Unit and the Body Control Module just to name a few. You will have to scan your computer system and collect data to get an idea where the problem is located. Your vehicle has hundreds of circuits, and without knowing exactly how your vehicle is equipped (What options you have, etc.) it is impossible for anyone to tell you what to fix without doing some testing.
