Front and rear blower relays are in power distribution box. However, if the problem you're having is a blower won't switch from high to low... Then it is the resistor. Fan speed is is controlled via resistance, it lack thereof. The front blower resistor is located just left of the blower, behind your glove box. It'll drop down for easy access. It takes a 5/16 nut driver (if I remember correctly) and make sure to disconnect your battery before hand. 15 minute fix, $15 part! And it only took 11 years for an answer... RADIATOR FAN RELAY The radiator fan relay is located below the left front headlamp module Radiator Fan Relay The headlamp module must be removed to access the relay.
REMOVAL Open hood, disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable. Remove the left side headlamp bulb from the headlamp housing. Remove the left headlamp module. Remove the cover over the relay. Disconnect the relay connector Radiator Fan Relay Carefully drill out the two retaining rivets. Remove relay from vehicle.
I am assuming you are asking about the Blower Fan and not the Radiator Fan?
The Blower Fan is located below the Passenger side Dash. It is inside the black Duct work.
May I ask what the problem is?
Is the Blower working or only working on High? If only on High then the Blower Motor is fine and the Blower Motor Resistor that controls the Low to High speeds is bad. This is located behind the Glove Box in the Dash and on the firewall. Remove the Glove Box to access. It is approximately 3 1/2 inches by 1 1/2 inches and has 3 to 4 wires going into it.
There is also a Front Blower Motor Relay located in the Relays and Fuses.
Before replacing the Blower Motor, get back with me (for free) and let me know. This may save you alot of money in the long run, saving you from purchasing parts you may not need!

it is located on left frame rail under air cleaner housing..small solid state relay,held on with 2 screws..4 wire connector..under housing where air filter is held..not up top
It would appear that the relay is located on the cross rail that runs across the front of the vehicle (in front of the radiator). I found out that it is riveted in place by a single rivet, so in order to replace mine, I will have to remove the rivet and use a self-tapping screw to secure a new one. The fan relay is located in the fuse panel located under the hood beside the battery. It will be marked under the lid. Make sure you check the maxi fuse for the fan also.
