There is a small electric motor inside the actuator assembly that has probably "burned out". Same problem with my 03 pilot. The remote would not lock the other doors or arm the security system unless you physically locked the driver's side door. Eventually my passenger side burned out as well. sound like a sensor may be acting up and suggest that you have codes read.

yes reset by removing fuse or disconnecting battery make sure you have radio code if disconnecting battery. Problem may be oxy sensor in exhaust.

this means you have a problem in the transmission. just like a check engine light. the pilots have alot of problems with the transmission. usually if you have less than 100k. the dealership has to replace the trans for free

Sounds like the EGR valve's gone. Not a terribly expensive fix.
