Did you ever find a solution to this? I am having the same issue on 2,4,6. I have replaced the coils. checked the intake for vacuum leaks. I am lost here let me know if you find anything and I will do the same.
Not sure if you got this fixed or not but I am being told that my engine jumped time. I changed the water pump on mine and this started happening after. I was told that if they get coolant on the belt it can cause it. Also these belts stretch. I am going to at least verify this tomorrow night and I will post on here.
I know you did a leak down test, but you need to pull the front cover off and inspect the cam gear timing marks. Mine was the exhaust cam on bank two. It was off by one tooth. Since you said that you had performed a leak down test I did the same before I fixed the timing belt. Mine came back within spec also. I can also tell you that there really is not much other that can cause a complete bank to misfire and then get better with higher RPMs. Take a look, I would bet that you just jumped a tooth.

Check the timing belt and related parts. One cam sprocket off time will cause this condition with codes for random misfire and 1 3 5 misfire or 2 4 6 depending on which side.
Mine is doing same thing and saying cylinders 1,3,5 are misfiring. Idles rough as well. Now it started occasionally saying engine power reduced and won't let me accelerate. I can tell when it is going to do it because the transmission shifts very rough. Any suggestions?? Thanks
