You can visit many repair shops or parts stores to have the vehicle's OBD computer scanned for trouble codes. Most parts stores will provide this service free of charge, so you might want to call around before you visit one.

They'll come out to your car, plug in their scanner, read the codes, print you out faults found (in ENGLISH - not code) and advise you, then they'll reset your lights - best part - FREE
