Blowing fuse for A/C, what is BSI fuse for?

My 2000 Jeep grand cherokee has been blowing the #21 fuse (BSI). This is what turns my AC cooling unit on I believe cause after it blows only ambient air comes through my vents. I believe it's a short but I'm not experienced in finding where it is located. Does anyone have a fuse diagram with wiring specs so I can hunt down this short?

No heat or ac blowing 2003 jeep grand cherokee

If nothing is blowing at all then you need to check the fuse, check voltage at the fan by turning on the switch if no voltage then the switch is bad, if voltage and no fan then the fan is bad.

My 1999 limited does this. When i bought it off the guy he said that its because of some flap down by the passengers left foot. In mine the passenger air barely even blows because of this.
