How do you unclog the sunroof drain hose?
Ok open sunroof there are 2 drain holes use piano wire or something equeal take a low psi air tip nozzle and blow into drain then take a small cup of water and pour like an ounce of water into drain it should come out by lower door and fender area note mine was plugged down by fender hose was submerged in sand
I fixed the problem. First I had a mechanic blow the drains out with compressed air but there wasn't anything clogging them. He did notice the sunroof wasn't completely closed tight, even though it appeared to be from the inside. The closing mechanism caused the roof to move past where it needed to be instead of automatically stopping in the correct position, leaving a tiny gap that I couldn't see. Stand next to your driver's side door and look at the sunroof from the side. If it looks like it's completely flush with the surface, try moving it a bit until it's sitting at a very slight, almost undetectable, upwards angle. So far, it's been a couple of months and I haven't had any more leaks. Let me know if this works for you!

I have the same problem and have water leaking into my driver side under the visor and down the interior frame. I have tried cleaning the tracks but do not know where the drains are to clean them.
I also have this problem with a 1995 Explorer that I bought to move to Ketchikan, AK. NONE of the body shops will fix leaks here- grrrrrr- in a town with 8,000 people and 170+ inches of rain. !
Any advice?
Where is the right front drain tube coming out underneath
