I have the problems below showing on my dash board screen: battery/ alternator alteration break light not offing restrait sys / SRS horn seizes/ tapping glass also radio also stops functioning it write service A exceeded all light goes blinking on the display and the SRS light stays on. the pointers also stop working and also the air conditioner. my vehicle is a 2002 c240 mercedes. please could you help me

Who did the work? If you double, triplecheck your work. Sounds like some bad connections battery, alternator. Maybe even Alternator belt alingnment.

I think you mean either ABS or SRS.
ABS refers to the braking system so this would need investigation....I.e.check brake fluid reservoir and for signs of leaks round brake pipes and wear on pads.
SRS supplemental restraint system...usually airbag warning light. They should go out after 5 seconds on start.sometime they can be reset by using various techniques like leaving the driver door open...turning the ignition on but not starting the car... Then pressing the door light switch button on bottom of driver door opening 5 or 6 or 7 times and turning off ignition All within 10 seconds.(you may need to experiment with this number )always hold the door light button in on last count whilst turning ignition off.then close door restart car.wait 5-7 seconds then it will reset unless there is actually a problem with airbag.this can occur when you disconnect battery or replace battery.the interruption can
alter airbags sensor.also some sensors are housed in the horn component of car horn and the spring on horn can interfere with the sensors normal operation.So did you recently remove battery or use horn excessively ?finally if it is an airbag fault and the light remains on it may mean your airbag will not deploy and your seat belts won't lock in a collision scenario.best in that event to get to a garage.if thus is of help please vote thank you.

Your describing what happenes when a car runs out of battery power and your altenator has failed you. On your dash lights, has a battery symbol light appeared? An easy way to find out if your altenator has kicked the bucket is to hook up a voltage meter and see if you have 14.5 volts at your battery while the engine is running. But before you do that, you need to get your battery charged. Once you have that taken care of any auto parts store can do a free test with a battery tester to find out what is the cause of your electrical issue. For your SRS light it maybe due to your battery running dead or something else, You will need a scanner for that and again an auto parts store should be able to pull the code. Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.

Supplelment restrait system (air bag system) If the car has been in a crash and the under dash yellow connectors have'nt been unplugged, the clockspring ( the connector between the steering wheel and the collum) can wear out or break and this is the most common .

take alternator off and take to local part store they can check for free

Your alternator cant be good if all those dash lights are on then the alternator is bad, reoplace it and make sure the battery is tested, a bad battery can and will destroy a new alternator, also make sure the connections at the rear of the alternator are good, the reason for car dieing in motion is due to the battery draining down and theres not enough voltage to keep ecletrical components going, you must have a bad connection at alternator or alternator is bad. and the last thing to check would be the alt fuse which should be located near the postive battery terminal. good luck.

SRS is your safety restraint system for your airbags and so on. If your having to jump start your car I would look into the alternator or battery. It is normal for the srs light to come on when you first regain power. If it is staying on though you may be having an issue with the safety system.

I would suspect that the alternator is not charging sufficiently.

Be sure that it is charging or you risk a break down if the battery dies.

Look for a bad ground to the chassey, likely by the battery, starter or transmission. Clean the ground straps by removing the bolts to the body, then wire brush the area before reconnecting. Spray with WD-40 to inhibit future rust. Also, check voltage by the alternator to see if it is 14 volts DC when running. It should be around that by the battery as well. The on board computers and electronics are very sensitive to low voltage, flagging lots of problems when the alternator is failing, or battery is old or failing and lastly if the chassey isn't grounded well.
