My car jerks whenever I press the gas pedal. When I am driving and let off the gas it runs smooth but as soon as I give it a little gas, it jerks again. There no smooth acceleration. Also, It shakes between 20 - 30 mph and above 60

number 4 misfire check either plug or coil --as to jerking if vehicle is not running correct [misfire ]it will not drive smooth trac light --it can be related to the misfire or check abs and brakes and power braking will set off traction control and puts a strain on brakes and c/v axles
What happens if you give it a little gas ? Hold the RPM's up , will it keep running then ? How does it Idle , smooth or ruff ? Does the idle seam low ?
turn the key to the on position. press the gas pedal 3 times within 5 seconds. if it doesn't work. turn the key off than back to the on position and press the gas pedal 8 times with 8 seconds. Hope this helps you
Nothing to do with valve control but o2 sensor should be replaced and also sounds like the engine is misfiring when gas is applied, this may be caused by a bad coil or sparkplug.when was your last tune up?, i would replace sensor and also make sure there are no other codes , even check for history codes.
check the air flow sensor jack or the sensor itself it may be damaged or broken this causes the car to **** because this affects the fuel to gas mixture.
