Ince you purchase it you will find it for it is the only item that will match the part. It will be located on the manifold by the throttle body area

on the top of the engine block under the inlet mannifold

if the radio is still working then the speaker is bad

Sure sounds like a throw out bearing having too much room. Might need adjustment.
