Hello ray......
The fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank. You can access the fuel tank thru the trunk. Inside the trunk and underneath the carpet, there is a access panel. Remove the five screws and lift the access panel. There under the panel you will see the pump. Disconnect it and take it to the auto parts store as they usually want the old one for an exchange. Joe Thanks for choosing Fixya!

Caution: Drain the fuel from the fuel sender assembly into an approved container in order to reduce the risk of fire and personal injury. Never store the fuel in an open container.
1. Install the new seal on the fuel tank.
Important: The fuel pump strainer must be in a horizontal position when the fuel sender is installed in the tank. When installing the fuel sender assembly, assure that the fuel pump strainer does not block full travel of the float arm.
2. Install the fuel sender assembly into the fuel tank.

Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
3. Install the fuel sender assembly retaining ring using the J 44402.
4. Install fuel lines to sender assembly..
5. Install the fuel tank.

Hello
This job requires that the entire dash assembly of the car be removed, the steps to remove the dash and then the heater core are very extensive and a factory service manual is not an OPTIONAL thing here, you might get it apart but back together is another story. So the cheapest way to obtain the illustrated and very detailed instructions to subscribe to a site called www.alldatadiy.com, they have a holiday special going right now, and for just $19.95 you can get a one year subscription to the service information about your Seville, this is all the technical data and also has labor guides and tips to make the job go easier. This is the same web site professional repair shops use and I have used it many times, it is excellent.
