1997 Chevy Cavalier Turn signal problem

I have the exact same problem with the signal light. Thought it was the bulb at first. Guess it couldn't be that simple. The fuses are fine but it wont flash. I figured it had to be a fuse problem but I don't know where the short could be because the wires look like they are in goo condition. What do you suggest? Front driver side turn signal does not blink, the rear blinks very fast. The brake lights work fine. Front bulbs have been replaced, problem still exists. Thanks! I replace the rear tail light bulb and after that the dash light and tail lights would not turn on I replace the rear tail light bulb and after that the dash light and tail lights would not turn on
