Could be a transmission problem or something as simple as bad spark plugs. The engine is under the most load when RPM is low and you are trying to accelerate, such as when it upshifts. You should have the computer checked for trouble codes and hopefully that will point you in the right direction to test. If the spark plugs have more than 50,000 miles of wear you might start with replacing them.
You'll need to have someone scan the computer for the codes. Most auto parts stores will scan for free in hopes of selling you some parts. Once you get the codes you can research them online or in this question.
Your confusing MAP with a MAF sensor . You can not clean a MAP sensor .
manifold absolute pressure sensor (MAP sensor )
mass air flow sensor MAF you can clean .
admissions = emissions !
accelerate again and it starts to stutter. Try the TPS - throttle position sensor .
The oil light began to flicker beacuse of low oil pressure with the lower RPM I expect. Four things for your engine to run: 1, Spark, 2, fuel 3, compression and lastly the timing.
While running at higher RPM how well (or poorly) does the engine run?
This may be as simple as a clogging fuel filter, low pressure = poor fuel stream which = poor performance.
May be the fuel pump failing too.
Other ideas; starved for air, very dirty air filter?
Also corld be crank, cam or MFA sensor too. Sart easy with the fuel filter and work from there.
If I may be of additional help, please let me know.

2000 Honda Passport v6 auto transmission..at time transmission did not down shift when stoping and it would stay on low grear. when going after stop it would be on low grear but pick up speed to go 45 mi. pmh but would not down shift when stoped. until maybe 3 miles and it would down shift at stop or when driving at slow speed?
you need a pcm heat it with a hair dryer its located above the engine in on the fire wall in the middle its a black box with vents and wires heat it up and it will start common prob hard to get less than 250 its 95 only the symtoms are cold days turn key get all dash iliminations exeptt check engine light eventually you her the to relays mounted next to your battery start clicking and if you watch your dash the check engine light will eventually flicker and stay on and it will start if you start it with the relays clicking it will sputter because the relay clicking is for your fuel pump and auto shut down relays let me know how it works out [email protected]
