1995 accord LX engine shakes when starting

it is normally in middle of engine above oil filter

have a front end and suspension check for loose /worn ball joints , steering rod ball joints , failing wheel bearings
check tires for belt separation , bulges and other defects,including balance
check wheel alignment as it can be castor wobble cause from failing coil springs

check tires,engine mounts, tie,rod ends could be a few differnt things ,,jack front of car up and check for loose things

The 1995 Accord LX with the 2.2L and 2.7L, are interference engines. There will most likely be damage if the timing belt snaps.

the starter

It sounds like your dealing w a few different problems at once. If u are burning any oil or anti freeze there is a cylinder head, head gasket or valve problem. Start w a compression test, cooling system pressure test & oil PSI test. to figure that out.

1. With the Car Off, Press and hold down the Odometer Trip Reset Button.
2. While still pressing the Trip Reset Button, Turn the Ignition Key half way on where all your oil, check engine lights etc.. turn on. Don't turn it as far as you would to normally start the car. Wait a few seconds and the Check engine light will turn off.
3. Turn the key back to the Off position and you're done.

Does it do the same thing when in Neutral?

Try to jump start the car.
Put the jump leads on and leave it for 10 mins
that will charge the battery up
then try and start.
Also check the starter motor.

timing...might be seized already because it is a zero tolerance motor
