Can you get back to us with more info such as, engine, year, mileage, what it originally started to run like when problem started, and codes that may be stored etc. Please include what you, or anyone has done so far to rectify problem, if anything more than what you have described previously. Check the crankshaft position sensor down on the transmission on the passenger side up top in the bell housing.
If the crankshaft position sensor is bad it will not start no spark.

Brake light and ABS light, stays on in my dash on my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 2WD, changed pads / rotors, lights went off for a second than came back on

May be a wheel speed sensor on one of the wheels (that's how ABS tells what wheel is in a skid). Also may be a faulty ABS pump. Standard ODBII scanners will not tell you the issue. You have to have a code reader that specifies ABS codes. A bit pricey as an initial investment, but if you plan to keep the truck for while, it's cheaper than taking it to a shop to have the codes read every time there's an issue.

I have 2000 dodge ram 1500 with a number 5 and a number 7 miss fire along with the speed sensor it just happened driving down the road can you tell me what might have caused this and who I can go about...

Did you change the spark plugs also ? Could have a head gasket leak between 5 an 7 ! Could have bad fuel injectors , clogged ! What about the speed sensor , you have a DTC stored in memory ,have check engine light on ? Need you to explain this a little better , misfire along with the speed sensor ! What about speed sensor ? You could have a vacuum leak affecting those two cylinders !

Had a "new" engine put into a 2002 Dodge 1500. Still running hot and oil pressure drops. How can I tell if the mechanic actually put a "new" engine in?

Not many ways to tell without taking the engine apart.
There should be signs of new gaskets and shiny clean metal.
A brand new engine is not really possible since Dodge probably stopped making them a few years ago. Most times you get a rebuilt engine from Dodge or any number of rebuilders from around the country.
As long as you got a warranty that covers 2 or 3 years and several thousand miles, you are as safe as you can be. The warranty from most major companies and the dealer would be good across the country, not just the shop that did the install.
