I think on that year there is a safety switch on the inside of rear door jam so the children cannot roll windows down and fall out. It should be on the back door when you open the door look for a caution sticker that says child protection switch, I sure hope thats the problem And if so Great If not get back to me I can look up where the power relay is for rear windows. It must be the rear power window relay in the master fuse and relay panel under the hood, you should be able to change it with the other relay for the front windows there must be two relays on that system, Check that and see if that helps you out any. there should be a diagram on the bottom of the fuse relay center. Let me know I will try to get back to you asap if, I am real busy with my shop but I usually check once a day. Ok take care
