Brake lights I HAVE A 2000 SATURN SL-1 AND WHENEVER THE HEAD LIGHTS ARE NOT ON ONLY THE BRAKE LIGHT IN THE BIG LONG BRAKE LIGHTS UP.WHEN THE HEAD LIGHTS ARE ON NONE OF THEM ,BUT THAT SAME TOP ONE LIGHTS UP. PLEASE HELP TO FIX THIS PROBLEMS.

I had the same exact problem. There was a recall on my 2000 Saturn SL, which involved the dealer replacing the wiring harness and socket for my tail/brake lights. It didn't seem like it would take care of my problem...but it did. Did you check with GM/Saturn?

Try replacing the bulbs as they are double bulbs and if one side of the bulb is blown the other still works which would give you your current symptoms if you need further assistance please let me know
