SOURCE: Heater box air flow problem on 1998 Camry CE V6

It is likely the air diversion door has something jamming it or the door has warped from heat, I have seen both issues.

SOURCE: 2004 toyota sienna a/c not working one side cold other side warm

there are two a/c lines that run down the fire wall under the van to the rear.right around the bottom of the fire wall the is a connection point on both lines. you will find a leak there .replace the orings and recharge system. also you will need two specail toyota tools to release the couplings.i have done this repair on several sienna's. let me know if this helps.

I am trying to get to the heater box on my 2006 dodge ram 2500 quad but cannot remove the top dash cover as it's a one pce unit and the air bag on the passenger is holding it in place ! Anybody know...

Once a-pillar covers are removed and cowl vent cover is removed remove glove box. There are 4 screws that hold cup holder remove those. 4 10 mm boots in center. 1 or 2 10 mms attached to heater box. Remove steering column completely. Makes it easier. 13 mms at firewall and 4 13 mms holding column. 2 10 mms holding dash to cowl above column. (Hidden by column) remove fence bolts from by windshield 3-4 10 mms depending on year. May be 7mms screws it's been awhile since I've done one. Unplug all electrical connectors driver and passenger side the drivers side is screw style. Make sure to unplug radio antenna wire. Remove brake stop lamp switch by twisting counterclockwise while pressing on pedal to avoid losing adjustment. Remove Scuff plates from entry doors by driver and passenger seats by pulling up from rear of plate and then gently rearward to avoid breaking. Remove side panels from dash with a screwdriver or plastic pet tool gently and the remove 3 13 mms bolts each side and the dash will lift up and lay on seats or can be removed from vehicle to expose heater box for service. Please keep in mind the both a/c and coolant need to be drained for full removal of heater box from vehicle.

I am not getting any heat from the front control

If your getting air through the vents but it wont get warm it's probably the Air Blend Actuater Door Motor located behind the radio. You can get to it by taking the bottum panel off under the ashtray drink holder. remove the ashtray/drink holder and you will see it,it has three screws holding it on. When you take the old one off and you can move the the plastic piece on the back then it needs replacing.I just changed one in my mom's mini van now she has heat a lot of heat.An average person can do this repair in about 30 minutes.

Air conditiong vents on the passenger side blow colder than on the drivers side

Try adding just a tad of freon,if this does not help, then the actuator motor for the directional door is not moving all the way open ,it is in the dash and the dash would have to be removed to replace it.

1994 gmc mini van turn signal broken need help on how to replace

If the switch is broken, you need to remove: driver side knee bolster, snack tray/drink holder and dash rim. Remove the lower steering column cover (2 screws). You will need a E5 torx socket to loosen the upper cover. Alldata recommends removing the lock cylinder to access the 2 torx screws holding the switch in place, but I did it without (disabled the air bags and removed the driver side, accessing one screw through the steering wheel, top screw with bit and ratchet wrench). The wiring harness connectors attach to the main block under the steering wheel. Auto Zone has a replacement switch assembly for about $180, dealer price $417. E-mail me if you need further instructions...

Then take hoses loose under hood. You will find one core support on bottom of the left side remove it and take core out you will find the core will cost between 70 and 90 bucks then assemble back the same way.
