The TCM is integrated into the PCM module. . The PCM/ECM is under hood on the firewall around the master cylinder, there should be two to three bolts that need removal to come out on front side of fire wall. Disconnect the battery negative cable before any work is done.

As far as the sensor, you talking about 02 sensor? Bank one has the number 1 cylinder, bank 2 is the other bank, sensor 1 is the first sensor you come to, in the exhaust.
Here is the diagram for the 460 engine. I think the 400 is different. The actual firing order should be stamped on the intake manifold. This photo has an extra 6 in the firing order - the correct order is 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8
