James Beers is exactly correct. Where the movement is in the steering linkage is the problem. I had same problem and did tie rods , wheel bearings ball joints and idler arm, the movement started at tie rod and then replaced. the movement then was in the idler arm, and now the movement is at the pitman arm. just make sure you replace both inner and out tie rods and idler and pitman arm those parts are basically the steering linkage once you have done that you then can check for the movement at wheel hub for movement in ball joints and control arm then get it aligned and see how much better
Have checked everything. Replace most parts. Dealer says alignment is fine and is now looking at brakes. Problem really seems like alignment to me - hard pull to right at all speeds, no brake application, no vibration.
Replaced all steering linkage & arms plus all suspension except springs, shocks, lower arms and lower ball jonits. Lower ball joints check fine. I think the arm alignment needs adjustment. I also knocked out the knowouts so dealer can align. Again, it's now at the dealer. We will see.

You could have a bad tie rod end, Idler arm, pitman arm, wheel bearing or ball joint. All of these will normally cause a vibration also. Check by jacking the front end one side at a time and moving the tire back and forth on front and back and in and out on top and bottom. Either watch or have someone else watch the steering assembly for movement and where it is. If there is no unusual movement, it is more than likely an alignment problem or tire problem.

The front end on that vehicle is pretty sound except for the upper and lower ball joints, and I can not even begin to count how many of them that I have had to replace on those trucks, and those ball joints are way too small to be in those vehicles and that is also why the after-market replacement ball joint is by far a more heavy duty part than the original, and the vehicle can not actually be aligned if any of the steering or suspension parts are out of specifications. There is also the possibility that a control arm has been damaged or some other part of the steering linkage has been damaged or bent, and the vehicle should be inspected to find out what exactly is faulty with the steering control system before the vehicle has a catastophic steering failure..
Did you ever solve this problem?? I’m having the same issue with my 94 Blazer.
