Check behind the headlight in the engine bay, you will find the nuts holding the headlight in place there but you may have to remove the battery or aircleaner box to get to them

the horn is beneath the driver side head light assembly. there is a nice video of removing this over on youtube.com. go there search and watch it. you have to take out the headlight assembly to get at it as the fellow points out, the relay is inside the horn on the 96-99 saturns so you can not replace it with a generic two wire horn off the part store shelf.
open hood, lean forward and look at the rear of the headlight assembly. unplug bulb wiring, turn bulb unit 30 degrees in socket and pull, not violently, out. install new one in reverse order, do not touch bulb glass with skin. note the sockets look the same but the bulbs aren't the same. very common problem to put the wrong bulb in. if you look in your owner's manual it will tell you which bulb goes in which socket.
you must remove the steering wheel,air bag and the clock spring and the the whole switch,no easy,way DO NOT DO if you do not know how,you could set the air bag off or mess up the clock spring position and wreck it,,,take it to a shop,if you are not familiar with this kinda repair
The original roof parts were likely plastic and had a tendency to crack. I recently replaced the tracking (sunroofdoctor.com) in my daughters 1997 and it was simple but not easy; but works great. Sunroofdoctor sells rebuilt "modules" with the plastic parts replaced with aluminum parts. About $360 after 'rebate'. Good luck.
These engines have a timing chain, not a belt. They also have nylon coated guides under the cover that wear. If you change the chain yourself, or have it done, check the guides as well.
The 1997 SL2 has a fuse for the cigarette lighter in a panel that is next to where the left foot of a passenger would be. The panel just pops off - held on by velcro.
