probably the heater core hose under the hood going to probably a broken heater core ..I bet as a mechanic and a car salesman I am 100 % correct..LOL..You will see how correct I may have been ,,Hang in there ,,it happens
Check under hood drivers side under large black cover.
*I know that on a 1994 Astro it is located under the hood on the
passenger side on the fire wall next to the wiper relay (both relays are
little black boxes with a wire plug on the bottom) up above the heater

it's on the fire wall passenger side under dash, you will need quick connects to remove the 2 presure lines from the fire wall under hood real easy to replace.. a pack of quick connects cost about 5 dollars and you get 4 differnt sizes i love them..
I know on an astro van there is a heater valve under the hood on the passenger side. check the cables or vaccum lines going to the heater valve under the hood. If there is a module it will be mounted to the heater suit case under the right side of the dash
The fan is located under the hood on the pssenger side and will be covered with a plastic shell you will need to cut of if the fan has never been replaced before.
hello, should be able to get to heater coil on passenger side under dash, you will have to pull a cover thats over the heater coil off, there should be between 5 and 10 screws that hold cover on.
Yes it does have a heater core. Depending on options and series the core will be on passenger side behind the dash or under hood on passenger side. Just look for your heater hoses and follow them and they will lead you right to it. If you have any trouble let me know and I'll get info you need.
