Assume you have the PATS system with the transponder pellet in the black key? If yes, I have researched this thoroughly for one of my cars, and there is no easy bypass. Do you have at least one factory key that works? If yes, I have found a way to bypass the ignition switch so that you can use any hardware store key to operate the car. I took my one factory key and put in permanently into the tranceiver. Now I just use plain $2 keys to run the car. Will this work for you or what exactly is the issue you are dealing with?
did you check the wiring at the ignition switch? It's pretty delicate. Probably why these things cause so many problems. I don't know why the industry has put us thru this. Thieves have no problems stealing these cars, and yet 10% of them cause big problems for the owners. It isn't hard to tape one of your transponders to the ignition receiver to see if it will cure your ills.
To get the transceiver to see your transponder, you have to remove the transceiver from the lock cylinder and place the transponder inside the tranceiver. I taped mine in and then put the transceiver down the steering column. Don't know how much room you have in your column to do that.
I think that should work fine!

Thanks for the answer but I'm dealing with the next problem:
My immobilizer control unit(ICM) has moments when doesn't recognize the key. So, thats I want to bypass him.
Yes I have both keys, red and black
The red led under the clock indicates the code 32, that means I have to check wiring and ICM
Wiring seems to be ok, but I dont know if the ICM works all the time.
I've checked the wiring at the ignition switch, I even resolder them but no luck. I'll try to tape the transceiver, but I dont think it will work, because the immobilizer is initialized when the key is in on position. Anyway, thanks for help
I've keeped the transceiver in his position and I fixed the transponder on the lateral side of the transceiver and so far so good, but I have to live with fear that my car won't start at one moment. We'll see........Thanks for help.
