I have a 2003 ford windstar with the airbag light on. Flashes code 35. Is this something I can fix?

Codes 32 to 35

These codes are signaled by three flashes, a two-second pause and the number of flashes that corresponds to the second digit. Code 32 (triple flash, pause, two flashes) means the driver side airbag has a circuit open or with high resistance, Code 33 (triple flash, pause, two flashes) means the passenger side airbag has a circuit open or with high resistance, Code 34 (triple flash, pause, four flashes) means the driver side airbag has a shorted circuit or one with low resistance and Code 35 (triple flash, pause, five flashes) means the passenger side airbag has a shorted circuit or one with low resistance.

I personally would let some one who knows what they are doing look at it. Grounding or feeding the wrong wire could set off an air bag and hurt someone.

I have a 1995 Isuzu Trooper and am getting the diagnostic code Flash... Flash,Flash. I believe thet means 12. Does that mean solenoid circuit failure? And if so, what do I need to do to fix my rig?

When you flash codes on a 95 trooper..it should flash code 12 pause and flash code 12 two more times...if no other codes flash it means there are no codes stored...code 12 is basically, enter codes, beginning of codes and end of codes.
I just double checked cos 95 models were I thought allrunning the obd 2systems..but production dates after the 8th month are considered next year models..so maybe yours is a late year production. I am going to send a picture and pre odb2 code 12 is a code..hope this helps!

Airbag light, four flashes, pause, one flash, then repeats

Hi, the airbag light on means your car has the obd2 code problem, you need a tool to read out can delete the code, I know this tool is helpful for your car, or you can take it to the fealer, they will test it for you. hope help.

I hvae ford contour 1996 GL , when I drived by high road , o/d lamp on the panel get flash, I don't know what that means, can you help me what that mean? thank you

It probably means there a problem with your torque converter and tcclutch, or maybe a faulty wiring issue to the trans. obtain an obd2 scanner (at a local auto parts store) and download the codes from your car while its on. this will generally tell you what you need to know. you can find obd2 code charts all over the internet.

I have a Chevrolet Sunfire 1997 and the check engine light is flashing. I have had it diagnosed and there are 7 codes. I wish to know what they mean. Thank You

Well, I can't tell you what each of the codes mean because you did not list the codes. I can tell you however, that if your Check Engine Light is flashing, it is because you have a serious problem that needs to be checked out and repaired immediately because you are about to destroy some really expensive parts if you continue to operate the vehicle in the condition it is in.

Had a solution posted on here from zx2fast. using a paper clip on the diagnostic block?!. the srvice engine light did flash pause flash flash long pause-but no number codes came up. it just repeated it...

You have to count the flashes. It repeats each code three times. Those flashes are the number codes. All of the codes are two digits. One flash is '1', then short pause and two flashes would be '2'. Since the codes are two digits that is a code '12' and it repeats that code two more times and then starts with the next stored code. It always starts with a code '12' to let you know it is in diagnostic mode and the last code is always '12' to let you know it is done flashing codes.

Engine code

12 and 55. The 55 means end of code session, the 12 means no distributor reference. Both of these codes are normal with the engine not running, so do not go out and purchase a dstributor. Is there another problem with the vehicle, or did you just want to know the codes? Comment back to continue, thanks.

Will not start just died.

Engine? Those flashes should be 2 digit numbers . Cycle key, on, off, on, off, on & leave on & recount those flashes. Example: 3 flashes, pause, then 3 more is code 33. Or 2 flashes, pause, 4 flashes, is code 24. 5 flashes, pause 5 more, is code 55 which means end of message. Then get back.
