The manual keys should always work. If it doesn't then you have a rod that has malfunctioned. Plastic clip most likely. try other key locks. If you have them. Otherwise call a locksmith or break into your car. After you get in, have the door mechanism fixed, so you can get in with the key. Also fix the battery problem.

Pull your fuse in your ECM in the fuse panel with the ignition keys to the on position. (engine not running) for 2 in and place back in place. Turn the ignition switch off and turn back to run position for 2 min then start the car.
The car may stall at first, but let it and don't touch anything. Just restart it again an let idle for 5 min or when the RPM drops to normal range and then go for a test drive.

Are you locking the car with the key fob? If so yo must unlock the car also with remote or alarm will sound when you unlock with key.Or someone may have set your system to passive arming.If this is the case you local saturn dealer will probally reset it back for you.Hope this helps
