There is an Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor mounted in or near the air filter housing. This is a simple thermistor sensor that helps the PCM determine the air temperature of the air entering the air filter and ultimately the engine intake. Sounds like you might have a faulty IAT sensor or a wiring issue for the IAT sensor.
P171 Lean to bank one
P172 Rich to bank one
P174 Lean to bank two
P175 Rich to bank two.
These are conflicting codes. I would suspect that you have a bad MAF sensor. take it out and try and clean it before you replace it. It could also be a bad O2 sensor. But unlikely that both sides went bad at the same time.
looked up your code and it says that your bank 1 sensor 1, means you have more than 1 sensor, this one is for your fuel, says your mixture is lean, might need a tune up..or the sensor is bad..hope this helps....shia
Normally you can disconnect the battery for a few minutes and this does the trick. If the light comes back on, you may need to read the codes again. And, if it faults the MAF...you know it is not that and may be something else.
